Puddle Co. is a communication app for professionals that allows Pros like you to communicate directly with their fans. We take into account the value of your time so that you know who you’re talking to actually values your time, talent, knowledge, advice, and opinions.
With Puddle, you can define services that you provide within your industry - even services you don’t already offer. Let’s say you’re a professional chef. Your job (by title and trade) is to cook but because you know your business and your industry better than anyone, you have special knowledge and experience that can help others. You can give someone advice on their new recipe, their cookbook name, or even their new restaurant plan. Maybe their having trouble with one of your recipes and want to ask you directly what they might be doing wrong or how you did something. You can allow members to do everything from ask you a simple question to ask you to review their business plan. People worldwide seek advice, validation, and knowledge from professionals like you within their industry. Puddle Co. allows you to capitalize on that.

Puddle Co. defines a Pro as someone who is an expert in their industry and can offer beneficial services to our users. Pros are professionals who others seek validation, advice, opinions, and knowledge from. A Pro can be a part of any industry - from beauty, sports, and writing to engineering, cooking, music, and more.
What’s required to be considered to become a Pro?
By becoming a Pro, you’re opening up extra opportunities for income and getting in front of new and existing followers. You’re building extra credibility by allowing your most loved fans to ask you questions, get advice, and any other interaction you allow.
What’s included and how much does it cost?
We allow all of our Pros to define their prices for their services. We want you to have the ability to price your own time so that you actually want to answer your fans’ questions. Our basic package includes three services of your choice, two social media profiles, and everything else you need such as messaging, requesting, and accepting/denying requests. Puddle Co. knows how valuable your time is which is why we only take 20% of your service fee. We are extremely upfront about the costs associated with Puddle Co. by displaying a breakdown of all fees and costs with a description. You can choose to include these fees and costs in your displayed price or add them in after your set price.
How do I get paid?
Our payments are processed through Stripe®. To read more about their payment information, you can visit them online here. Prior to making your services available, you will need to link your Stripe® account to Puddle Co. You can link your account once your request to become a Pro has been accepted. On your Pro dashboard you'll see a section titled “pending your decision” when you have requests waiting in order to help you stay organized. After a request has been made, you must respond to the request within ten days. After you decide to accept the request, you must respond in full before receiving your payment from Puddle Co. The payment will be made to you're Stripe® account once you accept and respond to the payee's request. If you decide to decline the request, or you do not accept the request within ten days, the hold on the payee's card will be canceled.
